Royal Aeronautical Society Meeting

You are invited to join us at our first event in 2003 and meet Lee Balthazar, President of the Society. He will be in Perth to meet members of the Society and to give a talk on Risk Management in the aerospace industry.

He has wide practical and theoretical aeronautical knowledge and experience. After gliding in the Air Training Corps, he gained his pilots licence through a RAF flying scholarship and now flies a vintage Piper Cub.

Completing a Hawker Siddeley apprenticeship, he gained degrees from Loughborough University and Cranfield University in Aeronautical and Air Transport Engineering and has been responsible for numerous aircraft programmes. He was a Senior Vice President with British Aerospace and now heads his own Risk Management company.
