Hello all

Just a reminder that I need definite numbers for evening meals (and payment for) by Sunday 21 September. Otherwise the caterers cannot guarantee that you will be fed!! Those who have paid for their meals for Saturday and Sunday will be first in line and others will have to take their chances!!

Other meals during the weekend also should be booked so that the caterers can buy supplies according. Again if they under cater then you may miss out if you have not booked.
