Training for Fire Fighting

A very important task for all members.

Be trained on the use of the Fire Truck and how to fight a real fire.

A fire fighting exercise is to be organised by Ted Sharpe on a flying weekend using a real bushfire in mid to late October.

The club has arranged to burn selected areas to reduce the undergrowth and while doing that Ted will organise training on the fire tender.

All Members are required to be competent with the fire fighting equipment, but don't just look on this as a requirement - YOUR assets are at stake should a fire take hold, - ensure you're equipped to fight any fires that occur.

To book your place on this important training - contact Ted Sharpe on 9397 5393.
